  • 1 pound English Kurobuta pork ground/minced
  • 1 medium brioche burger buns
  • 1 medium red onion thinly sliced
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium tomato sliced
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • ¼ cup pickles
  • 1 pinch salt to taste
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Start by preheating your grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
